As in Greek, "arthron" ( joint ) and "podos" ( foot ), the mechanism behind the idea belongs to the arachnid dimension. The platform space combines the idea of an arthropod segment as the ultimate and most efficient technology and mobile structure of the animal world. The interaction between its components is the basis of a precise, methodical and illusionary movement present when arachnids walk and hunt. The symbolic gesture of nature generates different types of layouts when applied to the conception of an ephemeral rhythm. The organic methodology of a natural structure, that is developed by clonation, can be similar to the aggregation of pieces present in the shaft of a Doric column. The logic of this mobility incorporates the flexibility of use and a cultural event becomes the reason why the object begins its uncertain trajectory. The stage for a musical performance and a declamation is the same. The module is the raw material for the different interaction with the audience and its organs are the components of the schematic individuality of each different platform shape. The morphology of the nomadic object is translated into its own "body" as the ephemeral situation and uncertain context make vulnerable the ordinary link between object and site. This risk overflows the common interaction and it demands from the object its alien character.The perception of its own fragility is the cause of its egocentric and metamorphic attitude. Its final objective is the recognition of the "parasite" as the cause of new spacialities. An arthropod mechanism that increases the stage of illusion of an event platform relates with the public as the event itself. The search for protagonism is self-incorporated as it is in an actor or in a musician. Adjustability and mobility are inherent characteristics to its role which is made to be stable and flexible, solid and light. Between what the event is and what the platform is, the gap is small and in this ambivalent personality emerges the vitality of the provocation. A "skin" that appears and disappears, as if the "animal" still breaths, makes possible different kinds of scenarios. This mutation goes from a mimetic approach to a radical cut with the "host". The structure is autonomous when it recognizes its intermediate and temporary role between event and audience, and then the metaphoric doses present in the proposal becomes more a conceptual matter than a visual subject. The essence of the object is a ephemeral existence, but this structure may continue at another place, in another time. The possibility of incorporating an event makes the "parasite" a "host" as well.
